AIGA National Board

I served for three years on the National Board of AIGA, the Professional Association of Design. It was a privilege and an honor to give back to my profession and to serve alongside colleagues whom I admire. I got to travel to chapters to meet the members, represent the board and do a little public relations for the less-than-representative broadcast designers. During my term I helped define the organization’s mission, approved fiscal policy and boundaries, including budgets and financial controls.I helped develop a strategic plan to reposition AIGA and its activities into the future as global design movement and executive produced “Get Inspired”, a promotional video for recruitment and fundraising.
